1. Agreement to terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KForb House Cleaning Services concerning your access to and use of our cleaning services and website. By scheduling an appointment or submitting a request, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Booking & services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services across Silver Spring, Montgomery County (MD), Washington DC, and Northern Virginia. All services are scheduled by appointment, available Monday through Sunday (Mon–Sun by appointment). You may book online or by calling (571) 496-8329. Pricing is confirmed at booking based on home size, scope, and condition.
3. Cancellation & rescheduling
Cancellation policy. Cancellations and reschedules are free up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, or lockouts (no access to the property), incur a $50 fee to compensate our cleaning team for the reserved time.
4. Payment
Payment is due before service. At booking, you secure a card on file through our secure online checkout; your card is charged for the confirmed cleaning service before the team arrives. Recurring service is billed before each scheduled visit. The 48-hour cancellation policy in Section 3 still applies to the $50 late-cancellation / lockout fee.
5. 100% satisfaction guarantee
Our goal is to wow you with every clean. If you are dissatisfied with any specific area cleaned, notify us within 24 hours of completion by calling (571) 496-8329 or emailing info@kforbcleaning.com. We will re-clean the specific area at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued in lieu of a re-clean.
6. Property access & liability limits
Clients are responsible for ensuring clear, safe access to the premises at the agreed appointment time. Please secure cash, fine jewelry, irreplaceable heirlooms, and confidential business documents prior to our arrival. KForb House Cleaning Services carries liability insurance; however, our liability is limited to the value of the cleaning service performed and does not extend to pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items not disclosed at booking. We are not liable for damage caused by normal cleaning of already fragile, aged, or damaged surfaces.
7. SMS / text messaging terms (A2P 10DLC)
Program name. KForb House Cleaning Services text alerts.
Types of messages. We send appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and service updates. With your separate, opt-in consent, we may also send promotional offers and discounts.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Message & data rates. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out & help. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help or contact us at (571) 496-8329.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
